We also offer Afterpay which is currently available to NZ customers, and will soon be available to Australian customers in 2019 (see terms via https://www.afterpay.com)
To make shopping easier, my prices are automatically displayed in your local currency based on your location. However, please note that all orders are processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
After placing your order, you'll be able to track my whereabouts by signing into your account here. I'll also send you an email when your order has been placed, and another when your order has been dispatched for delivery. The email will include a link to your live tracking information so you're always up-to-date!
If you wish to change your order, immediately contact the team at email@example.com and we'll assist you. Please note that the Glosserie team aim to get your order personalised and shipped as quickly as possible so we may not be able to catch your order prior to shipping.
Sometimes I might be available on Pre-Order so that you don't miss out when I arrive. Items purchased on Pre-Order will be dispatched from the dates specified in the product description.

This all depends on the receiving country. Packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia. Please be aware that as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to.

Changing your name, address or phone number can all be done online. Simply sign into your account here, click on ‘View Addresses’ and edit or delete.
If you wish to change your email address, contact the team at firstname.lastname@example.org and let them know your old and new email addresses and they'll update that for you.

This means that the processing, handling and storage of sensitive credit and debit card information is secure and protected. Your payment is processed directly from your browser to our payment gateway provider so Glosserie do not have access to your card information.

So any data that you enter onto our Website is secure and protected. To verify you’re on a secure and fully encrypted page, look for a padlock icon in your browser address bar. Most dolls say my shoes are true to size.
I use European shoe sizing, but you can easily convert my size into US and UK using the table below.
