Full priced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. This includes personalised items too! Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
To return an item, please email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org together with your order number and they'll assist you.
Returned items must be sent back to Glosserie within 14 days of the original delivery date. Shipping costs to return items are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
Please make sure I’m returned new, unused and unmarked, in my original condition and packaging. As my soles mark easily, I highly recommend you try me on a soft, carpeted surface before wearing me out. When sending me back, please ensure my Glosserie shoe box is also adequately protected so I arrive safe and sound. We highly recommend you use tracked shipping as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, a full refund of the items (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order.

I use European shoe sizing, but you can easily convert my size into US and UK using the table below.
