All orders are delivered between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and require a signature, so please ensure someone is available to sign for your package when specifying your delivery address.
The Glosserie team work hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Please allow 1 - 2 working days for your items to be personalised before they are dispatched for delivery from our Melbourne office using FedEx or CourierPost. Please note that during peak periods there may be some delays in getting your order to you.
All items are carefully personalised by hand, so please allow 1 - 2 working days before your order is dispatched for delivery.
This all depends on the receiving country. Packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia. Please be aware that as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to.
The Glosserie team take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery. Any delays and/or extra fees that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country are outside of our responsibility.
I'm pretty special, so luckily I'm insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Glosserie to your shipping address. Once I've been delivered and signed for at your specified address, I'm no longer covered.
To ensure that I arrive safely and in perfect condition, all orders are tracked and require a signature as proof of delivery.
Receiving packages is all part of the fun of online shopping! So I arrive in style sporting Glosserie's signature shoe box and ribbon, which is then placed inside protective bubble packaging for shipping.
No need to panic, doll! If I haven’t arrived within the specified shipping time, please email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they'll help find me for you.
If you received the wrong item, or if something is missing from your order, I'm so sorry that is not cool! Please email the team at email@example.com and they'll sort it out for you pronto.
Oh no, this is a major oversight and I apologise! We have super high standards at Glosserie and this is reflected in all our products.
If I do arrive faulty, please email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org together with your order number and they'll assist you.
All my deliveries require a signature, so for this reason I cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes and Private Bags.
We only ship to one address per order. If you'd like to ship to different addresses, you'll need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
Most dolls say my shoes are true to size.
I use European shoe sizing, but you can easily convert my size into US and UK using the table below.
