How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

I love to travel and meet all you stylish dolls, so we deliver worldwide! Once dispatched, delivery is usually within 2-7 working days (some rural areas may take a little longer). Here are my standard shipping costs:

All orders are tracked and require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign for your package when specifying your delivery address. If delivery is attempted and redelivery is not arranged or the package is not picked up from the collection point, the package will be returned back to us. In this case, we will contact you and if you wish to have the package re-dispatched then standard shipping charges will apply.

The Glosserie team work hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Please allow 3 working days for your items to be personalised before they are dispatched for delivery from our Melbourne office. Please note that during peak periods there may be some delays in getting your order to you.

 

How long will it take for my items to be personalised?

All items are carefully personalised by hand, so please allow 3 working days before your order is dispatched for delivery.

  

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on international orders?

This all depends on the receiving country. Packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia. Please be aware that as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, charges and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to.

The Glosserie team take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery. Any delays and/or extra fees that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country are outside of our responsibility.

 

What packaging will my purchase have?

Receiving packages is all part of the fun of online shopping! So I arrive in style sporting Glosserie's signature shoe box and ribbon, which is then placed inside protective bubble packaging for shipping.

 

My order still hasn’t arrived - What should I do?

No need to panic, doll! If I haven’t arrived within the specified shipping time, please email the team at hello@thisisglosserie.com and they'll help find me for you.

 

Something is wrong with the order I received – What should I do?

If you received the wrong item, or if something is missing from your order, I'm so sorry that is not cool! Please email the team at hello@thisisglosserie.com and they'll sort it out for you pronto.

 

My item is faulty - What should I do?

Oh no, this is a major oversight and I apologise! We have super high standards at Glosserie and this is reflected in all our products.

If I do arrive faulty, please email the team at hello@thisisglosserie.com together with your order number and they'll assist you.

 

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes and multiple addresses?

All my deliveries require a signature, so for this reason I cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes and Private Bags.

We only ship to one address per order. If you'd like to ship to different addresses, you'll need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Size Guide

Most dolls say my shoes are true to size.

I use European shoe sizing, but you can easily convert my size into US and UK using the table below.
